That being said, as others have pointed out it'd be pretty hard to get caught and I doubt the professor or any other students would mind. At my university in the US we've been told that the copyright of an audio/video recording of a lecture actually belongs to everybody who was present for its recording. This might not be too unethical but it definitely might be illegal depending on where you're from. This is a preventative measure against spammers, bots and ban circumvention.
